The terms that apply when you use allamalquraan.com or book an online Quran class with Allamal Quraan.

By using allamalquraan.com, booking a free trial class, or enrolling in any of our paid plans, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
For students under 18, the parent or guardian who enrols the student agrees to these Terms on behalf of the student.
Allamal Quraan provides private, live, 1-on-1 online Quran classes in English — Noorani Qaida, Basic Quran Reading, Quran with Tajweed, Daily Duas, Salat, and full Hifz — taught over Zoom or Google Meet, or Skype where arranged, by Hafiz and Hafiza tutors certified in Hifz. All classes are remote. We do not operate any in-person or on-campus offering.
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol in your own name. If the student is under 18, the parent or guardian is responsible for enrolling the student, paying for the plan, attending onboarding where applicable, and remaining the primary point of contact with us and the tutor.
When you enrol we create a student enrolment record covering your contact details, chosen plan, class schedule, and your tutor’s progress notes. You are responsible for keeping the information in that record accurate and up to date, for the class schedule you agree with us, and for the student’s readiness for each class.
Enrolment does not currently include an online student or parent account. If we provide you with access to a student or parent account, you are responsible for keeping its login credentials secure, for not sharing them, and for activity carried out through the account. Tell us promptly if you believe the credentials have been compromised.
New students receive one free 30-minute 1-on-1 class with a Hafiz or Hafiza tutor. The trial does not require a card or payment details and does not create any obligation to enrol afterwards. If the fit is not right, no further action is required.
Our current pricing is shown on the Pricing page. Plans are billed monthly in USD. We currently accept direct bank transfer only. Payment is made by direct bank transfer to our designated Allamal Quraan company bank account. We do not currently offer PayPal, debit or credit card payment, or an online checkout. International transfers are welcome — your bank handles any currency conversion at its current rate. Your bank or an intermediary payment provider may apply its own transfer or currency-conversion charges, which are outside our control.
Advance-payment discounts. Save 5% when paying for 3 months in advance, or 10% when paying for 12 months in advance. The discount applies to the plan price for the months paid in advance, and we confirm the discounted total in writing before you enrol. If an advance-payment plan is cancelled early, completed teaching months and any teaching month already under way are recalculated at the normal monthly price without the advance-payment discount. The remaining balance for completely unused future teaching months is refunded. See section 7 for details.
Sibling discount. Each additional child receives 20% off their plan. We confirm the discounted price in writing before you enrol.
Joining partway through a month. When a student joins partway through a month, the first payment may be adjusted proportionally for the remaining classes. We confirm the adjusted amount with you before the first payment is made.
Bank account details are sent to you by email once you decide to enrol after your free trial class. Each payment is acknowledged by an email receipt issued in the name of Allamal Quraan.
You may cancel future monthly renewal at any time. Payment for a teaching month is non-refundable once that month has started. Cancelling stops the next monthly renewal; it does not refund a month that is already under way. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee, and you retain access to the classes you have already paid for.
Advance-payment plans. If you cancel after paying for 3 or 12 months in advance, completed teaching months and any teaching month already under way are recalculated at the normal monthly price without the advance-payment discount. Any remaining balance for completely unused future teaching months will be refunded. Tell us in writing at contact@allamalquraan.com and we will confirm the recalculated amount and the refund with you. The month already under way remains non-refundable in every case.
Because every new student starts with a free 30-minute trial class before any payment, our paid plans are designed to be assessed risk-free first. Once a teaching month has started, payment for that month is non-refundable. Instead of mid-month refunds, we offer the following options:
Accidental or duplicate payments may be reviewed if you report them in writing to contact@allamalquraan.com within 7 days of the transaction. Where a payment was clearly made in error, we refund it to the same bank account it was received from.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with one week’s notice. Billing adjusts from the next cycle and there are no switching fees.

We reserve the right to suspend or end an enrolment that breaches these rules, without refund for any class missed because of the breach.
All content on allamalquraan.com — text, images, course outlines, layout, branding, and source code — is owned by Allamal Quraan or used with permission. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish, redistribute, or build derivative products or courses from our material without our written consent.
The Quranic text itself is not owned by anyone and is quoted in our classes for teaching purposes only.
Classes are delivered through Zoom, Google Meet, or Skype where arranged, depending on your preference and the agreed class setup. Payments are made by direct bank transfer and are handled by your own bank and ours; we operate no third-party checkout or card processor. Links on our site may point to third-party websites or tools. These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies — you use them at your own risk and under their terms.
We aim to provide the best possible teaching, but we cannot guarantee specific learning outcomes within a fixed time frame — progress depends on the student’s consistent attendance, practice between classes, and individual pace.
Our website and services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or free of technical issues, though we address them as quickly as we can.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our website or services is limited to the total amount you have paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under the law that applies to you.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date, and active students will be notified by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.
